“Staff were extremely rude. There was a huge power outage in the area. And they were not very accommodating at all. And very rude to anyone trying to see if there was any way to reimburse anything. The cleaning staff was the only helpful staff with anything..”

“This is a well run motel with added personal touches. Loved the ultra filtered water for bottle refills, and the fresh yogurt machine. I highly recommend this motel.”

“Everything electronic, except for the refrigerator was unplugged. The bedside lamp was broken. There was soap residue on the shower drain. There was no type of soap products in the bathroom or shower. The mirror was covered with hand prints. Had to have maintenance to turn the heat on.I spent the night there simply because I had driven 600 miles. I would not stayed there if my wife was with me. At least I didn’t see anything crawling. Check in and out process is atrocious.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Town & Country hotel in Quincy for a friend's wedding. The staff was incredibly friendly, and our room was both clean and comfortable. A huge highlight for our group was the plenty of spacious common areas, which allowed us to gather and catch up after the reception. The complimentary breakfast was a nice, convenient touch to start our day.”

“I usually stay at this property several times a year when I am coming to visit family. This really is the first time things seems to be out of the ordinary, so hopefully when I return things will have improved. The elevators were not working, so I had to take luggage up 3 floors. Marijuana smell was pretty prevalent in the stairwell the entire time I stayed. My coffee maker in the room was not working properly. The desk chair did not adjust and remained in the lowest position - had to...
